Things are looking pretty good for us! A friend of mine is a fireman and he went to check on my house. He said that everything looks fine!! My neighbors fence fell down, but that looks like the only property damage. Amen. So, we decided to go celebrate at Outback Steakhouse! LOL!
Now, Lily and I are playing “Photoshoot” in the hotel room before bedtime (hey, there are only so many things you can do in a hotel, LOL!).
I don’t think they will let us go home tomorrow, but I anticipate being able to return on Wedesday if the levees continue to hold. Thanks again for all your well wishes and prayers. My email is still not working, so I apologize for not returning your thoughtful emails.
