My Dad is a wonderful man. While we definitely have butted heads in the past, I think it is mainly because we are too much alike. He has always encouraged me to reach my full potential and did anything he could to give me the push I needed to get there. I am so thankful to have him in my life. Not only is he a great Dad, but a loving Grandfather to my two girls, who affectionately call him “Pops.”
Happy Father’s Day, Dad! I love you! I’ll always be your little girl!
To my husband: Even when we were dating back in college, I knew you would make a good father someday (not that we were in any hurry to become parents!). But, I had no idea that you were born to be a Dad. You are so loving, patient, kind (yet stern), encouraging and nurturing to our two daughters. They are so lucky to have you, and while they are too young to realize that now, I know by the time you walk them down the aisle, they will hold every man in their lives to your standard. You already treat them like princesses and I hope one day they are writing a similar letter to their soulmate. I loved you as a boy, as a man, as a fiance, as a husband and now as a father. Happy Father’s Day, Randy!
Awww, you made me cry – and dad too! Love Mom
Sooo Sweet – loved the pictures.
What a sweet post! Sounds like you have 2 great men in your life! Hope they both had a great Father’s Day!
