About 8 weeks ago, I re-joined Weight Watchers. It was time to get this stress eating under control. I am happy to report that I am down 7 pounds so far but I will admit that I am getting tired of the foods that have become routine. With the weather starting to cool down a bit, I started searching for some fun (and skinny) recipes.
I found this delicious recipe for a Skinny Salted Caramel Latte which is perfect for Fall! The best part? It’s only 80 calories! Check out the recipe below:
What you need:
- 2 tablespoons Torani Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup
- 1 cup steamed fat free milk
- 2 shots espresso (or really strong coffee)
How to Make It:
- Steam milk and syrup together. Pour into a cup and add brewed espresso*. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over top of beverage. Garnish with sea salt. *Can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee.
