My hubby and I have embarked on a weight loss mission over the past few months and have been quite successful. However, we have both been faced with reaching a plateau in weight loss and are becoming frustrated with scale. In talking to friends, we were advised to change up our workout routine to jump start the weight loss again. It’s true that hubby and I have gotten into an exercise rut so finding new ways to burn calories would certainly make this process easier. But where should we start?
Recently, Puma partnered with Golden Gloves boxing champ Cara Castronuovato discover the newest and most unique ways to work up a sweat and get you out of your fitness rut! In a series of videos called Sweat Pretty, Cara provides inspiration for new ways to fit in a workout in your busy schedule. Check out episode one below:

I am now officially obsessed with the Faas Microfleece Hoodie ($90). The zippered front pocket is the perfect place to store my phone, iPod or identification. The fabric is incredibly soft and the hood will come in handy during the winter months….no excuse not to get outside! I also received the Faas Split Short ($35) which also has some really neat hidden pockets for storage without the bulk and the Faas 550 shoe ($90). While the color is brighter than I would normally wear, the shoes are true to size and are so comfortable. I am totally stylin’ now!

Walking is my favorite. I want to try Brazil Butt lift exercises though, it is a DVD. Leslie Sansome has a great walk DVD also.
