My daughters are cereal monsters! From the moment they had their first dry cereal, they were hooked. Now they both love just about any type of ready to eat cereal with milk and would eat it at every meal if we let them. So, when I heard that General Mills announced a commitment to further reduce sugar in cereals advertised to children under 12, I was elated! Now, these cereals will have under 10 grams of sugar per serving in addition to an increasing amount of key nutrients and whole grain.
We all know that breakfast is a very important part of the day, but did you know that a 1998 study showed that children who eat breakfast tend to perform better at school? Compared to children who skip breakfast, children who eat breakfast score higher on tests, are less likely to miss class or be tardy, have fewer reported discipline problems, and make fewer trips to the office. Combine the importance of a healthy breakfast with the reduced sugar in some General Mills cereals (Trix, Cocoa Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Lucky Charms), and you get something that I am willing to try with my kids!

I saw your post about the cereal and had to come look.
Thank you so much for the link for the coupon.
We all love to save money right and less sugar is better, especially when you polish off a box off cereal oh lets just say every couple a days, I know I am a cereal monster too.
Thank you again!!!!!
