About Sheex:
“Sheex was developed by two women with one simple goal in mind: To help people sleep better so they can perform at their peak the next day. SHEEX stands alone in creating a new category in bedding and sleepwear. As the world’s first performance bedding, SHEEX is defining a new vocabulary around the Science of Sleep.
How it works:
· Transfers body heat 2X more effectively than cotton, allowing the body to cool itself for faster, deeper sleep onset
· Breathes nearly 50% better to reduce sleep-disrupting temperature fluctuations at night
· Cooler to the touch compared to cotton bedding; Advanced heat and moisture transfer through evaporative cooling
Consequently, this better quality sleep has been proven to yield demonstrably important effects on health and wellness: sleep is vital for muscle growth and repair, improves mental focus and acuity, reduces fatigue and increases energy.”

Crawling into bed was heavenly. The SHEEXS performance bedding was incredibly soft and COOL even in the heat of Summer! They were light on the skin and breathable which made the heat bearable in my home. Both my husband and I agree that we love SHEEX and would love to own more sets!
Now that SHEEX is available at Bed Bath and Beyond we may just have to check out their entire line including baby bedding and travel accessories! Don’t miss any of the action by following SHEEX on Twitter and Facebook!
The “Science of Sleep” sounds fascinating! It’s great to see enterprising individuals trying to improve the quality of our sleep. As mentioned in the article, a good sleep each night is incredibly important for our health and well-being, yet we don’t tend to pay it much attention at all. Vitamin supplements on the other hand…
This is a godsend. I have trouble sleeping at night, because I’m constantly hot. Our air condition seems to stop running at night too, since it’s downstairs where the air is cooler. Thanks so much for sharing!
I’m curious if anyone has tried these on a memory foam mattress. We have had our new memory foam bed for just about a week and it is sleeping a bit too warm for our liking. Looking for solutions, these sheets sound like they might help. Please share!
