Take a Break with Lipton K-Cup Packs {Keurig Brewer Giveaway}

This post is the opinion of the Experimental Mommy.  While sample Lipton K-Cups were received to facilitate this review, all opinions remain 100% mine.

Sometimes I would spend the night at my Nana’s house when I was a little girl.  Like most Granddaughters, I was totally spoiled by my Nana.  Playing cards, flying kites, learning to jump rope and watching TV in a homemade fort were a few of my favorite things to do.  Each morning, my Nana would wake up and fix scrambled eggs and toast for me and a cup of hot tea for herself.  Eventually, I convinced her to let me have a cup of tea, too…sweetened with condensed milk, of course.  From then on, I was a total tea girl.

Even now, 30-something years later, I can’t start my day without a cup of Lipton hot tea.  Not only do I love the taste, but it brings back such great memories of my childhood.  But now that life is hectic, it is hard to take time before work to grab my tea kettle and boil water before running out the door.  So, I was thrilled to learn that Lipton has released hot and cold iced tea varieties for Keurig® K-Cup® single cup brewing systems!  Now there is an easy way to enjoy my favorite cup of tea with the convenience of my Keurig Brewer.

Three varieties are now available:

  • Lipton REFRESH: This crisp and refreshing iced sweet tea is made of fresh-pressed tea leaves and sweetened with cane sugar.  This new variety joins GMCR’s current Brew Over Ice collection for Keurig K-Cup® brewers, an innovative line of beverages that are specifically crafted to brew directly over ice – great for an easy and refreshing mid-day uplift.
  • Lipton INDULGE: Tea drinkers can savor the taste of rich black tea from fresh-pressed tea leaves, blended with delicious natural flavors for an indulgent aroma and taste.
  • Lipton SOOTHE: This smooth green tea is made from tender green tea leaves, herbs, and blended with natural flavors.  The delicate taste of green tea is an invitation to relax.

As a purist, I am partial to the Black Tea and decided to make a quick cup of iced tea before heading out to run my weekend errands.  Check out how easy it was in my video below:

In the mood to celebrate the launch?  Head over to the Lipton Facebook page and check out the Lipton K-Scope app by clicking on the “Lipton® K-Cup® Packs” tab.  A prompt will appear with an authorization to pull photos from your personal Facebook library. 2. I use just the regular Lipton to make sweet iced tea, but when I want a special treat I make the peach mango white tea.

  3. I have never tried anything other than their regular. That is what my hubby buys in bulk for his iced tea.

  4. I like the Lipton Decaf tea, it’s great for an after dinner tummy soother, especially after a heavy meal.

  5. I think the ORANGE BLOSSOM HIBISCUS HERBAL TEA sounds like a yummy flavor! Thank you for the wonderful giveaway!

  6. My favorite is their original tea and I love it sweet! I’d love to try the Indulge black tea, because I love black tea with a little honey! Thanks for the giveaway!!
