results Because Aubrie is my second daughter, I have had a hard time getting her interested in age appropriate toys.  She loves to shadow her 4 year old big sis and is willing to play just about anything her sister thinks is fun.  But, I recognize the fact that it is important for Aubrie to develop at her own pace and gain physical skills through active play.  So, when I was selected to participate in this Mom Select campaign, I was very excited to see Aubrie’s reaction to these toys.  When we first assembled the Bounce & Spin Pony, my daughter rushed over exclaiming, “PONY!”  Before we could use the wireless TV feature, she was bouncing on the horse like a pro!  Before long, big sister wanted a turn (while she is beyond the recommended age of 12-36 months, she is under the weight limit of 44 pounds, so we let her have a turn as well).  After connecting the wireless TV connection, I realized the true potential of this toy!  Aubrie’s actions made big things happen!  There are three levels of play for different developmental stages.  We set the toy on Stage 2 which teaches letters, numbers, colors and shapes, and Aubrie was enchanted!

The second toy Aubrie tested was the Fun with Friends Musical Table which is recommended for ages 6-36 months.  Right now, Aubrie is ALL about buttons and this toy has many to press!  Performing the tasks rewards baby with fun music and sound effects which kept Aubrie wanting more.  Her favorite feature was the telephone that teaches counting as she repeatedly picked up the receiver to shout HELLO!

summary

Overall, Aubrie loved both Laugh and Learn toys, but really has gravitated to the Bounce & Spin Pony.  She has played with it almost daily since it arrived and big sis has gotten involved with helping Aubrie through the learning tasks.  Fisher Price has a whole array of great products to consider when you are shopping for the holidays!
