Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip Recipe

It’s October, y’all! Even though we are still in shorts and flip flops here in South Louisiana, there are indeed pumpkins everywhere. The weather may not be cooperating but we will find a way to insert Fall into the middle of a heat wave. Halloween parties are right around the corner, so take along this very easy and delicious Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip to pumpkin spice up the party!
Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip Recipe
What You Need:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

How to Make It:
  • In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese and brown sugar.
  • Add the pumpkin puree and spice to the mixture.
  • Blend until combined.
  • Chill a small bowl for 20 minutes.
  • Add the heavy whipping cream to the cold bowl.
  • Using a hand mixer whip until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin dip until fully combined.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
